- Lust cannot be satisfied by any amount of sense enjoyment, just as fire can never be extinguished by constant supply of fuel.
- Just as a strong wind can sweep away a boat on water, even one of the roaming senses that mind focuses on can carry away a man's intelligence.
- A tortoise can wind up his senses and display them at any time for particular purpose. Similarly, senses of Krsna Conscious persons are used for a particular service of Lord and withdrawn otherwise.
- The Lord is the constant companion of the living entity as Paramatma or the SuperSoul, and therefore He can understand the desires of the individual soul, as one can smell the flavor of a flower by being near it.
About my experiences and realizations in Sri Dham Mayapur. I visited Mayapur in Winter 2012 (Nov-Mar) to formally study Srimad Bhagavad Gita.
